I work at the intersection of AI adoption, institutional governance, and operational risk — helping regulated organisations deploy AI systems that people actually trust, use, and sustain at scale.

I don't position AI as model performance. I position it as a socio-technical system: incentives, workflows, accountability, audit evidence, and human behaviour under ambiguity.

Most recently Program Manager on a national AI-native government grievance platform — governing AI platform delivery across multiple modules in a tri-party government contract with zero scope creep.

Before that, six years at Shell India: 21-site territory P&L at ₹9 Cr/month, 19× B2B digital payments scale-up, 3× OEM channel revenue growth under PCI-DSS compliance.

Between Shell and the government platform, seven years of independent consultancy and applied research across India's faith economy, PropTech, and Web3 — building proprietary expertise in trust architecture, stakeholder fragmentation, and AI-assisted decision frameworks.
